For the dough
3 ½ cups plain flour

¼ cup + 3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon white sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 egg
1 teaspoon of salt

For the sweet filling
¼ cup white sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon

For the icing
1 cup + 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons water

  1. Pour flour, baking powder, milk, butter, sugar, the egg and salt in the breadmaker. Select the cake kneading program for 20 minutes.
  2. Cut the dough in half and roll it with a rolling pin, until the dough is rectangular and approximately 8mm thick.
To make the sweet filling, pour sugar and cinnamon into a bowl and mix.
  3. Pour the sweet filling onto the dough -  roll up the dough from the long side and cut into rounds approximately 3cm thick.
  4. To make the bunny ears, roll out the dough into roughly 2cm strips. Then, fold the dough and add it to the rolls.
  5. In the NN-CD87KS HomeChef 4-in-1 MultiOven, bake the bunny rolls for 13-15 minutes at Convection 375°F
  6. While the bunny rolls bake, prepare the sweet frosting by mixing together water and powdered sugar.

Pour the frosting on the bunny rolls and serve!
