What is the cost for shipping?
Orders over $50 qualify for free ground shipping. For orders under $50, enter your zip code at checkout to calculate the exact shipping cost. If you’d like faster delivery, we also offer FedEx 2-Day shipping for an additional charge, which will be calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping usually take?
We ship from multiple U.S. warehouses. Orders are processed and ship within 2 business days (Mon–Fri). Delivery typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on your location and the FedEx service you select at checkout. Expedited options (e.g., FedEx 2-Day) are available for an additional charge and are calculated at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all continental U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
How do I cancel my order?
After you place your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation email with your order number and the details of the items that you have ordered. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 1 hours of receiving your confirmation email. To cancel your order, please log into your Panasonic account or click the "View Order" button located in your order confirmation email
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer:
- Full refunds or exchange on any order within 30 days of purchase.
- Exchange or store credit on orders within 30-60 days of purchase.
- We’re sorry, but we do not offer refunds after 60 days.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned product has arrived at our warehouse and been processed, you can expect your refund within 3–14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
If I’m returning a product, does my product need to be unopened or unused?
We love our products, and we hope you do too! If you’re unsatisfied with your Panasonic product for any reason, we will accept the return (even if the box is opened or the product is used) as long as it falls within our return policy window.
When will my credit card be charged for my purchase?
Credit cards will be charged at the time of purchase.
