Holiday Shipping Update
Thank you for shopping with Panasonic! Due to increased holiday order volume, our processing and shipping times are currently longer than usual. We want to ensure you have clear expectations regarding when your order will ship and arrive.
Order Processing Time
All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before they are picked up by FedEx. This processing time includes:
- Order and payment verification
- Warehouse picking and packing
- Preparing the shipment for carrier pickup
Your shipping timeframe begins after your order has been processed and transferred to FedEx.
FedEx Ground Shipping
Once shipped, FedEx Ground typically delivers within:
5–7 business days
This delivery window is in addition to the 1–3 business day processing time.
Example: If you place an order today, it may take up to 3 business days to process, followed by an additional 5–7 business days for delivery.
FedEx 2-Day Shipping
FedEx 2-Day shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge. Please note:
- 2-Day refers to transit time only
- It does not skip the 1–3 business day processing window
- Your order will ship with 2-Day service once processing is complete
Example: If processing takes 2 business days, delivery would occur two business days after shipment.
Additional Notes
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays
- Carrier delays may occur during peak periods
- Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships
