Step 7: Our Designated Partner UsedPhotoPro (“UPP”) Will Contact Participant to Complete the Trade-In

  • Participant agrees to pack equipment carefully and include any instruction manuals, accessories, cords and boxes. Bubble wrap and/or newspaper should be used to avoid damage during shipment. To ensure appropriate shipping materials and boxes, Participant may choose to use a packaging store at their own expense.

  • Participant will enclose a detailed listing of all equipment inside of each package and will include the RFQ number on the shipment.
  • Participant will keep a copy of the RFQ number for their records.
  • UsedPhotoPro requires five (5) business days from the time they receive inventory until Participant receives a FINAL offer on the equipment.

Step 8: Agree with Our Inspection or Decline the Trade

If Participant changes their mind after UsedPhotoPro’s inspection, UsedPhotoPro will return the gear at no charge. They will simply ask for confirmation of a return address.

NOTE: Promoter and UsedPhotoPro shall regularly monitor the status of transactions. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, Participant expressly acknowledges and agrees that, in the event Promoter determines that a customer has utilized a trade-up coupon code without conducting a corresponding trade-in, Promoter shall have the right to charge the customer’s credit card, which was previously provided during the trade-up process, for the difference in price. This provision shall apply to purchases of Promoter’s products made within the preceding two (2) months.

Step 9: Receive Payment for the Trade-in Value

Final Trade-in payments will be sent by UsedPhotoPro via Check or PayPal only. UsedPhotoPro will work with Participant to obtain payment information.
