4K 60p Smooth Video Recording
LUMIX S1R delivers 4K 60p video(QFHD 4K: 3840 x 2160 MP4) in a full-frame format,* even in rapidly moving scenes. Heat dissipation allows4K 30p/24pandfull-HD recording with no time limit.**
*Maximum recording time of 29 minutes 59 seconds in 4K 60p/50p. **Excludes high-speed video recording. When the ambient temperature is high or continuous recording is performed, the camera may stop the recording to protect itself. Wait until the camera cools down.
High-Resolution Mode
Capture eight consecutive images automatically with Body I.S. (Image Stabilizer) and high-speed processing Venus Engine for96-megapixelequivalent (12,000 x 8,000-pixel) RAW file.
Variable Aspect Ratios
In addition to the standard 3:2,4:3,16:9 and 1:1,65:24 (Film Panorama) and 2:1(6 x 12cm) aspect ratios are available for photo shooting.
Overlay Shooting

The durable magnesium alloy die-cast frame is sealed to help protect every seam, dial and button. The camera is dust and splash-resistant* and designed for use in temperatures as low as 14°F.

Triaxial Tilt Rear Monitor
Shoot vertically at low and high angles with a 3.2-inch, 2,100k-dot triaxial tilt rear monitor with a RGBW LCD. White (W) pixels maximize brightness for outstanding visibility, even in sunlight.
Status LCD
Get instant access to 19 settings, including F-number and shutter speed. When power is off, Status LCD also shows battery level and remaining shots. A dedicated button illuminates the LCD for 5 seconds.
Dual SD UHS-II XQD Memory Card Slots
Specify slots for different recording formats. Ideal for recording long videos or as a backup, relay automatically to a second card when the first one is full, and record to both slots for backup.
