The Commercial Rice Cooker provides automatic rice cooking convenience for up to 40-cups of uncooked rice. Simply add rice and water and press the lever to start cooking and this rice cooker automatically cooks the rice for the correct amount of time, then switches to keep warm mode (for up to 5 hours).
