What's the difference between the RZ-B310 and the RZ-B110 Earbud models?
The main difference is noise cancelling capabilities. The RZ-B310 is equipped with Active Noise Cancelling, while the RZ-B110 is not. Please see product spec chart and user manual for more detailed information.

I'm having trouble removing the earbuds from the charging case.
Simple place your thumb at the back of the bud and your forefinger at the tip of the bud and pull to remove. If you're still having trouble, refer to the Quick Start Guide for a visual guide.
