Panasonic Announces Toughpad FZ-B2 7-inch Android™ Tablet Upgrade

To meet the increasing demands of field based workers this fully-rugged tablet is equipped with an enhanced processor and improved connectivity

Panasonic, an industry leader in exceptionally reliable and innovative mobile computers, today announced new updates to its Panasonic Toughpad® FZ-B2 rugged 7-inch tablet powered by Android™ platform. The enhancements of a faster processor, improved wireless connectivity and touchscreen capabilities make the next generation Toughpad FZ-B2 a high performance, versatile tool for professionals in healthcare, utilities, retail and enterprise environments who need a mobile computing solution that delivers business grade features in a reliable and rugged device.

In addition to a faster processor and enhanced Wi-Fi chipset, the new Toughpad FZ-B2 is equipped with the latest Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) operating system. A new ten-point capacitive multi-touch screen with water sensing and glove touch modes allows for easy operation in any weather conditions.
