Useless. Epic Design Fail. Other device works fine This is a useless product. Require superfast internet. I have Ipad 3 and the Skype video call to Indonesia is normally clear. As soon as I switch to the TYCC20W, (connected to my brand new Panasonic Viera 50ST60), Skype video call is blurry. Conversation is choppy. Sometimes can only do voice call only. And even get cut off mid conversation. And as soon as I go back to the Ipad 3, video call is normal again. Upon further research, this seems to be a common issue wih this product. I have 15Mbps ADSL2+ internet in Brisbane. This is a waste of money. Never used again. Unless you have fibre optic internet, don't gamble your money. Nowadays, when I receive a Skype call on my smart phone, I just open it on the Ipad. Can't be bothered to turn on the TV and wait for the app to load. Very disappointed Panasonic fan. Most of the goods that I purchased from Panny have been premium product, great and reliable. I can't understand how a simple device can be so messed up. September 23, 2014
Good camera - not enough settings in Skype Camera is good and does the job. Not enough settings for mic volume, brightness while you talk, speaker volume in Skype, etc. Camera got stuck on very dark screen after clicking the reset button in skype. That's a known problem that Skype and Panasonic should not let exist a second after they are aware of it. The solution is to connect it to the PC and choose Auto-Exposure under camera settings. This is not a solution though. Many people would know know how to do that. November 14, 2012
