Rated 1 out of 5 by from terrible experience Purchased new last winter. After 14 months one of the boards went out and because it was 2 months out of warranty I had to pay to get it fixed Now 3 months and 3 days later.3 days after that warranty on board expired the same issue ,wow, terrible tv for the amount of money I spent

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bad power supply Love the picture and was extremely happy with the product until the power supply went out. After looking online I saw this seemed to be a common problem. This happened 2 months after the manufacturer warranty expired.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great! I think this is an exceptional TV. I also have a Panasonic 42" LED and although the pictures are similar, the Plasma beats it out. I have to admit it took a little adjustment when I switched out the set's - 50" Plasma living room - 42" led bedroom but I have no regrets.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great Picture..only lasted 1 year I bought this TV at Sears 1 year ago and it is now dead. I was watching a show and the screen went black...LED light was blinking 8 times. After Sears replaced one of the pc boards the TV would turn on, but there was a green block down the right side. They replaced a second board, but still no luck. The repairmen said it couldn't be fixed. I am now waiting for Sears to send me a voucher to purchase a new TV...it has been 1 month since my TV died.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good TV Except with Red Color Everything about this TV was great with exception to images with red. These red portions of the image would flicker and were pretty distractiong for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fix Wireless How do you sell a Smart TV that doesn't have wireless built-in. You have to buy a Wireless LAN Adapter.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Weak Screen After about 3 months of using this TV my 2 year old grandson smacked the screen and it cracked! I have had 2 different LCD TV's that had been hit in the screen more than once and where never effected by it. I was very surprised to find that there was no factory Warranty on this TV. I was also surprised that there was no web browser in the apps and anything that was red bounced.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Money well spent Great design, beautiful picture, my Xbox and Ps3 look beautiful on the TV, 3D is nice but I don't really use it. TV is in my opinion money well spent. No issues with it whatsoever.

FAQs
  • What should I do if my TV will not turn on and the power indicator LED is not flashing?
    Follow these troubleshooting steps:
    • Make sure your TV's power cord is plugged into an electrical outlet.
    • Make sure the electrical outlet the TV is plugged into has power by testing known working device in that outlet.
    • After verifying the TV is plugged into a working outlet, try pressing the [POWER] button on the TV instead of the TV remote.
If the outlet is working and the TV will not turn on after pressing the [POWER] button on the TV, please consider having the unit serviced. Click here for Panasonic Service Locator.
  • What should I do if the front Power indicator LED light is blinking?
    1. Unplug the TV's power cord.
    2. Unplug all cables.
    3. Power the TV using a different power outlet (do not use a power strip or surge protector).

If the problem persists, please consider having the TV serviced. Click here for Panasonic Service Locator.

Note: Count how many times the LED light blinks. This can help a technician troubleshoot the problem.
  • What should I do if I can access all of the TV apps except Netflix?
    1. Change the DNS setting of your TV to 8.8.8.8.
    2. If you are able to access the Netflix splash screen, use the TV remote to deactivate your account by pressing Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up. After this process, try loggin back into the Netflix TV app.

If the procedure is successful a screen will come up with the option to deactivate your device from your account. If not try the process again. Once you have successfully deactivated your device, you will need to activate it by opening Netflix and at the main screen selecting Member Sign In, then following the on screen prompts until activation is complete.

If the Netflix app still fails to open, but all of the other TV apps work, visit help.netflix.com for more support.

  • What should I do if I have bars displaying on the TV screen?
Change the format (aspect ratio) of the picture by pressing the [FORMAT] or [ASPECT] button on the TV's remote control. If you still have bars, check the aspect settings on your external video source, such as Cable/Satellite box, DVD/Blu-ray Disc player, etc. Note: Some content, such as film-based movies, are available in extra-wide format. Top and bottom bars are unavoidable.
