Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product TV came in a well packaged box, easy to remove box, install. 3D is awesome. Iphone app makes it so easier to use. You can use your smart phone as a mouse pad for web browsing. Watching TV with Pandora and Netflix already installed in wifi, so convenient. Great product, value for money, highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV Purchased the TV through a partner prgram so it was a bit cheaper than list price. The TV is awesome. I love the passive 3D, just like theatre glasses, not heavy like battery operated glasses. The only thing I wish is that they had bigger models, 80-100 inch would be great for 3D viewing. The LED is great, you can watch from any angle with a great HD picture. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! It's a great t.v. I was a little apprehensive about a passive 3d tv that wasn't plasma, but was looking for something that had inexpensive glasses that didn't weigh a ton and didn't cause headaches, as the battery powered ones do. Upon getting this tv, set up out of the box took maybe 30 mins. The on screen instructions are very clear and when it updated it's software it only took about 5 to 7 mins. The picture quality is amazing! Every thing looks like HD. It's clear and my wife said the football game looked like she was actually at the game. The 2d to 3d works better than expected. Not as good as a movie filmed in 3d, but you get a good 3d movie. The glasses are comfy and do fit over glasses if you need them. They are light weight, like the ones at the movie theater. With the glasses on, there is a little dimming to the picture, but nothing to worry about. If it is a darker movie, you can change to picture to vivid, that really brightens up the screen. I keep mine on cinema for a great picture. I am very happy with this TV. Shop around online for the best price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DETAILED PICTURE, AWESOME TV I've been a cable tech for 15 years and having been in homes with sophisticated tv systems I must say this tv has an impressive picture on it. The contrast ratio is great since the black colors look pretty darn good. It has detailed pictures, you can see the ocean waves and water details. It has lots of features, one of my favorite is the ability to sense the lighting in the room and adjust the light on the tv depending on the light in the room so when its dark your eyes are not ignited with a bright light. some people dont like this feature but i have kids and they are not blinded by the light on the tv when this feature is turned on. I love it. It also remembers the settings for each hdmi connection. The only thing I dont like is the lack of internet apps and that it does not have a 2 ghz processor for fast navigation but no big deal since it still performs well with games you can download for it. I def recommend this tv and hope Panasonic continues to make it or one better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We Just Love It Set up was very easy...getting to learn the remote was OK, took some time, but I guess it was easier as time went on. The 3D is fabulous, even regular TV looks great in 3D. Internet hook up was a breezr. All apps work as they should. So Far really loving this TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV Everything about the TV is great, I bought the Skype camera and a 3D blue ray player as well so I can Skype my grandchildren across the country and enjoy it from the comfort of my living room. Picture is awesome, viewing angles are unlimited, I use a sound system so can't speak to the TV speakers. The passive 3D is just as good as the active and you don't need the heavy glasses, just the same ones you use in the movie theatre. Only regret? They don't make an 80, 90 or 100 inch version of the same TV!

  • What should I do if my TV will not turn on and the power indicator LED is not flashing?
    Follow these troubleshooting steps:
    • Make sure your TV's power cord is plugged into an electrical outlet.
    • Make sure the electrical outlet the TV is plugged into has power by testing known working device in that outlet.
    • After verifying the TV is plugged into a working outlet, try pressing the [POWER] button on the TV instead of the TV remote.
If the outlet is working and the TV will not turn on after pressing the [POWER] button on the TV, please consider having the unit serviced. Click here for Panasonic Service Locator.
  • What should I do if the front Power indicator LED light is blinking?
    1. Unplug the TV's power cord.
    2. Unplug all cables.
    3. Power the TV using a different power outlet (do not use a power strip or surge protector).

If the problem persists, please consider having the TV serviced. Click here for Panasonic Service Locator.

Note: Count how many times the LED light blinks. This can help a technician troubleshoot the problem.
  • What should I do if I can access all of the TV apps except Netflix?
    1. Change the DNS setting of your TV to
    2. If you are able to access the Netflix splash screen, use the TV remote to deactivate your account by pressing Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up. After this process, try loggin back into the Netflix TV app.

If the procedure is successful a screen will come up with the option to deactivate your device from your account. If not try the process again. Once you have successfully deactivated your device, you will need to activate it by opening Netflix and at the main screen selecting Member Sign In, then following the on screen prompts until activation is complete.

If the Netflix app still fails to open, but all of the other TV apps work, visit help.netflix.com for more support.

  • What should I do if I have bars displaying on the TV screen?
Change the format (aspect ratio) of the picture by pressing the [FORMAT] or [ASPECT] button on the TV's remote control. If you still have bars, check the aspect settings on your external video source, such as Cable/Satellite box, DVD/Blu-ray Disc player, etc. Note: Some content, such as film-based movies, are available in extra-wide format. Top and bottom bars are unavoidable.
