Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent TV Best TV I've ever owned. Uniform picture, no dead/stuck pixels. Quality internal components. Very good sound, if adjusted properly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No USB Port purchased it, then returned it. uses a SD card, but ties it up for future use. has no USB port. I like to take pictures from my external hard drive, put on a "flash drive" & plug into a TV & watch the pictures. can do this with my other LCD TV. the Panasonic has no USB port, & that's just hard to image.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome service I haven't tried out all of the features on my TV yet, but I had such a good overall experience from ordering to delivery that I wanted to write this review before this was lost amongst my holiday to-do list. For the product, the picture quality is excellent and well-balanced color that needed no adjustment. Set-up was quick and easy right out of the box. I was most impressed by the shipping and delivery. Product shipped when expected, and on the morning of arrival I received a call from a Panasonic representative letting me know that my TV had arrived at BWI airport and would be arriving at my apartment that afternoon. I remembered seeing threshold delivery under shipping when I ordered, so I expected the box to be brought into my apartment. When the truck arrived the driver not only called me to let me know he was at my apartment building, he brought the box across the threshold and then helped me take the box upstairs to its destination. He was very personable and helpful, and while customer service is often lacking these days, Panasonic far exceeded my expectations and I will be ordering from them more often as a result. BRAVO!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT TV>>GREAT BUY I purchased this from Walmart on sale and got a great price plus it shipped to the store, avoiding any shipping charges. The picture, sound and over-all appearance of this TV is superb! I trust the Panasonic name,as my other Tv was that. If you want a big, flat screen Tv with great picture, ease of use and the Viera Link I would suggest you look into this. Trust the brand-it is great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best first time HDTV I'd recommend this tv for anyone who is starting off with an HDTV. It's a simple plug and play TV. I had a bit of trouble making my XBOX play on it but then figured it out. This TV looks great but if you are looking for a smooth looking picture, remember, it's in the Hz not the resolution. Since this is a 60 Hz TV you won't get as good of a picture than 120+ Hz

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Purchase Ever Very good picture quality/color and sound. Panel is beautiful. Got this TV recently yet to read the entire Users Manual. But so far everything is excellent. I will recommend this TV to others. Shipping has to be improved as mine took more than two weeks to arrive. Amazing TV...

  • What should I do if my TV will not turn on and the power indicator LED is not flashing?
    Follow these troubleshooting steps:
    • Make sure your TV's power cord is plugged into an electrical outlet.
    • Make sure the electrical outlet the TV is plugged into has power by testing known working device in that outlet.
    • After verifying the TV is plugged into a working outlet, try pressing the [POWER] button on the TV instead of the TV remote.
If the outlet is working and the TV will not turn on after pressing the [POWER] button on the TV, please consider having the unit serviced. Click here for Panasonic Service Locator.
  • What should I do if the front Power indicator LED light is blinking?
    1. Unplug the TV's power cord.
    2. Unplug all cables.
    3. Power the TV using a different power outlet (do not use a power strip or surge protector).

If the problem persists, consider having the TV serviced. Click here for Panasonic Service Locator.

Note: Count how many times the LED light blinks. This can help a technician troubleshoot the problem.
  • What should I do if I get audio but no picture from an external device connected to my TV?
    • Try unplugging the cable between the TV and the external device and reconnecting it firmly on both sides.
    • Try unplugging the power cord of the external device for 30 seconds.
    • Try connecting another external device to the same input using the same cable.
    • If the picture returns on the second device, you may need to contact the manufacturer of the first external device you had connected for further troubleshooting.
    • Try using a different cable between your device and the TV using the same input of your TV. If you get a picture and audio, you may need to replace your cable.
    • Try another input of the TV to verify if there is an issue with the TV input the external device was connected to.
  • What should I do if I have bars displaying on the TV screen?
Change the format (aspect ratio) of the picture by pressing the [FORMAT] or [ASPECT] button on the TV's remote control. If you still have bars, check the aspect settings on your external video source, such as Cable/Satellite box, DVD/Blu-ray Disc player, etc. Note: Some content, such as film-based movies, are available in extra-wide format. Top and bottom bars are unavoidable.
