Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Great product Been eyeing this since I purchased my smart tv. allot of negitive reveiws had me concerned but when I saw it for sale I gambled and boy did it pay off! Worked perfectly! Picture quality was great and the other party said the same. sound from accross the room was just fine no need to raise our voices. I guess those who had issues were trying to use bluray players. For me it was great sit on the sofa and talk and watch our first grandson just like he was with us. Buy it for your smart tv and have no regrets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Works Well With My 50" TV I received this camera a part of a TV promotion bundle about a year ago and overall I am impressed. When I first set up the TV and camera the video would only work with Skype running on a PC. As of last fall Skype updated their Mac software so now the video works as well as the audio. I really like the fact that I can see when the TV is on while I am looking at Skype. As I travel to Asia frequently this is a great way for me to talk with my family at no cost. The video quality is acceptable and the audio is remarkable given people are so far from the mic. We have this TV and camera set up in our bedroom where the lighting isn't always great and still the camera is very clear. I am not sure about the other reviewers who seem unhappy but when plugged directly into a Panasonic TV and connected to a fast network it's easy to use and works well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from No Video - Audio works fine If you intened to video chat using a skype certified panasonic blu-ray player, don't buy this product. I can't believe that a Skype certified webcam would not be compatible with a panasonic skype certified blu-ray player. This is a common problem found on the skype website and panasonic website. Do your research and don't buy this if you intend to use this for video skype calls on a blu-ray player. (It does; however, work for a pc).
