    Please include your name, address, telephone number, email address, copy of your purchase receipt (for warranty service), and a description of what is wrong with the unit. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.

    Panasonic is not responsible for damage that occurs in transit. All contents should be packaged for safe travel to the service center. Customer should use a reputable small package shipping company that is able to provide a package tracking number and insurance (if customer should so desire to insure their package).

    Units that are abused, damaged, infested with insects, have corrosion, etc. will be placed out-of-warranty.

    Please reference your Service Job number when contacting. You will be contacted if there is any cost you are responsible for.
  • Where can I find Firmware for my product?
    1. Visit http://shop.panasonic.com/support
    2. Enter your model number into the search box in the middle of the screen and click on the blue “Get Support" button.
    3. Click on “Firmware & Drivers" in the floating menu on the left side of the screen.

    Note: If “Firmware & Drivers" is not listed in the floating menu, there are no firmware or driver updates available for your product.
  • Where can I find the Owner’s Manual for my product?

  • Why doesn't my iPhone connect to the Airplay device even though I have completed the connection steps?
    Make sure that DHCP is enabled for the network setting on your iPhone.
  • Why does the audio of my speaker system jitter and drop out when I use the AirPlay feature with my iPhone?
    If you are connected to network-intense applications such as YouTube, Facebook, etc., the audio quality of the device will be impacted while it is sharing the same bandwidth as these applications.
  • Can an AM antenna be added to my audio system?
    No, this system does not allow for the addition of an AM antenna.
  • What should I do if my Panasonic product will not turn on?
    Try the following: 1. Press and hold the power button on the unit for a few seconds. 2. Ensure that the power cord is inserted properly into the back of the unit. 3. To verify that power is available, connect another device, such as a lamp, to the power source that the unit is connected. 4. If operation is not restored, please contact Panasonic for service assistance. If you find the above steps do not resolve your issue, you may want to consider having your device serviced.   • Is the ""Panasonic Stereo System Remote 2012"" app available for an Android smartphone?
    No, its only available for the iPhone and iPod touch.
  • Is there a remote control code available that will enable me to use another manufacturer's remote to operate this device?
    You will have to contact the remote's manufacturer for the codes needed.
  • Am I able to use the AirPlay feature if I have an Android smartphone?
    No, the Air Play feature only works with iOS 4.2 or later (iPod touch (2nd, 3rd, and 4th generation), iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 2, iPad) and iTunes 10.2 or later (Mac / PC). Note: For additional information about AirPlay, please contact Apple Support.
