NN-T664SF is rated 2.5 out of 5 by 28.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Bought this used it's an 2005 model- the 1300w and inverter make it twice as fast as my brand new microwave build in!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from First one had quality, this is junk I have now owned two of these microwaves. The first one I purchased around 2003 and it lasted until 2011, when the magnetron went out. I really loved the way the microwave looked and also the way it fit at an angle in to available counter space in my kitchen. I searched high and low to find another and stumbled across many negative reviews. I thought maybe they had just had bad luck, because my previous Panasonic which was very similar - if not the exact same model - had given me years of trouble free services. Well, something has changed. This one last just over a year and died just like so many others. Very disappointed, Panasonic. Please get your act together.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just Don't! This unit worked great for just over one year then just quit and no power, I don't even have a special driver to take panel off to check fuse. I EXPECTED MORE FROM PANASONIC, THEY WILL NOT GET MY MONEY AGAIN!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bought 2006 I have had only one problem with my Microwave--the light bulb burned out!!! Other wise it has worked perfect from day one. I would buy another Panasonic.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Died after 15 months Our microwave just stopped working after 15 months. This was not an inexpensive microwave; I certainly expected more from Panasonic.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stopped Working My NN T664SFX is not 8 months old. It just quit working-worked perfect to warm up cinnamon roll for 8 seconds the night before then, next day, dead. I did not shop around for it. I just bought the brand name. I will not be buying another Panasonic microwave.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from More expected Our microwave went four years before quitting. I read the idea about replacing the fuse. However, it wasn't very helpful when you consider there were no specifications about what fuse to buy as a replacement and also about how to replace without danger of shock- a warning clearly stated on the microwave- even without it being plugged in. So, I am a tad reluctant to try.

FAQs

  • What should I check if my microwave stops working?
Check the fuse/circuit breaker for the outlet to see if it has been tripped or blown. Check other outlets to see if there is a GFI (Ground Fault Interrupt) outlet that is on the same circuit as the outlet used for the unit and see if it needs to be reset. Connect the oven to another outlet to see if unit is still operational. If the unit is still not working, please contact a local authorized servicer for diagnosis and repair.

  • What should I do if my microwave display is not working?
Check to make sure unit is plugged into a working outlet by plugging in another device to determine if power is available at the receptacle.
If power is not available at the outlet check your fuse/circuit breaker, panel.

Note: Newer homes/buildings are generally wired with GFI (Ground Fault Interrupt) receptacles, if your building is equipped with GFI receptacles be sure to check if the circuit breaker directly on the receptacle has been tripped and requires reset.

If you determine the outlet has power but the microwave still is not functioning, contact a local Panasonic authorized servicer for repair.

  • How do I remove the odor from inside the microwave?
Combine 1 to 1-1/2 cups (250 - 375 ml) water with the juice and peel of one lemon in a 2 quart microwave safe bowl. Heat contents on high for 5 min.(s). After water finishes boiling, wipe interior of oven with a cloth.

  • For some reason my microwave oven displays units of measure in grams instead of ounces. How do I change it back?
    1. Unplug the microwave oven for about 60 Seconds.
    2. Right after you plug the microwave back in, press the *start button (this will initiate/toggle the oven between grams and ounces.
    3. Choose the unit of measure.
*Note: Depending on the model microwave oven you may need to turn the dial instead of pressing the button to start.
