Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Great, solid microwave oven I bought this microwave oven to replace a much smaller countertop. This product is cavernous @ 2.2cft and can handle small and large jobs with aplomb. Touchkeys are pretty sensitive and easy to use (as expected). Once received, current time was set up in a jiffy and product was ready to use. This oven has a lot of power and I needed to reset my heating times from my older oven to get used to this one (I burnt popcorn the first time I made it due to my lack of familiarity). Turntable is massive and interior is huge. Fits all our kitchen bowls easily and some. Wish the trim kit were more reasonably priced. All-in-all, a great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Had to do it again Just want to say I purchased a Panasonic microwave from Walmart about 15 years ago. It was the Best DARN Microwave ever! So when she went out, I had to get another just like her, panel is a little different but everything else the same. If she last as long and doe's her job as well she will be a jam up microwave. And by the way my old gal the only thing wrong was the little wheel that turns the plate, just would n"t turn and would just shut her down shame i did"t have mechanical ump about me I believe I could have fixed her. YOU want go wrong.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from So far so good It has only been a week since the microwave was set up and in that time there has been no problems; everything has performed just fine. No special features has been used yet ( just normal day today stuff), but it seems that everything should be easy to do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from What's the best microwave? We all know there is good and bad in most things (people too). So it is not uncommon to, once in a while, get a faulty product. I am a retired Electronics Instructor at SCC. Over the years, I looked for quality in everything I purchased. I have found Panasonic to be consistent in producing quality. I bought one of the very early Panasonic microwave ovens almost 40 years ago. When we remodeled our kitchen about 5 years ago, we gave that microwave to our church kitchen. It is still doing its job, and still looks great! Panasonic, I believe, designed the first light weight power supply for microwaves. That means, the heavy transformer is no longer needed to supply the power for the magnatron. NOW THAT'S AN IMPROVEMENT! Larry

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from New technology So far, so good. We haven't had it very long. It's big. We're still learning how to use it. I like the inverter technology, it only uses the power level that you select. As I understand it, the older microwave ovens use 100% power & if you choose, say, 80%, it uses 100% on & off, till it's done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from hermie42 Works Great I ordered the unit and I received in 5 days. Very easy to use. I have no complaints about it. I would tell my friends to buy one. I just got it 3 weeks ago works great. Lot of room inside. Very Quiet when you are cooking .

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Decent microwave This is a much more powerful microwave than our last one. It works great except on the popcorn setting, it burns the popcorn. Need to call about that one. And the install was a lot of work to make it fit in the previously cut space and the built-in look kit was smaller than our old one so the paint on cabinets doesn't match up. But that can be fixed. Overall we are happy with th purchase so far.

What should I check if my microwave stops working?Check the fuse/circuit breaker for the outlet to see if it has been tripped or blown. Check other outlets to see if there is a GFI (Ground Fault Interrupt) outlet that is on the same circuit as the outlet used for the unit and see if it needs to be reset. Connect the oven to another outlet to see if unit is still operational. If the unit is still not working, please contact a local authorized servicer for diagnosis and repair.

What should I do if my microwave display is not working?Check to make sure unit is plugged into a working outlet by plugging in another device to determine if power is available at the receptacle.
If power is not available at the outlet check your fuse/circuit breaker, panel.
Note: Newer homes/buildings are generally wired with GFI (Ground Fault Interrupt) receptacles, if your building is equipped with GFI receptacles be sure to check if the circuit breaker directly on the receptacle has been tripped and requires reset.
If you determine the outlet has power but the microwave still is not functioning, contact a local Panasonic authorized servicer for repair.

For some reason my microwave oven displays units of measure in grams instead of ounces. How do I change it back?
- Unplug the microwave oven for about 60 Seconds.
- Right after you plug the microwave back in, press the *start button (this will initiate/toggle the oven between grams and ounces.
- Choose the unit of measure.
