NN-SN667WB is rated out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Overall, a top performer. This purchase makes the second time I have selected this product, one for my home, and one for the lake house. Great value for the dollar. The stronger, 1300 watt power speeds thru many tasks. I will admit that I have not needed all the features the unit offers, but the controls were easy to learn, and do all that I could ever ask. The instruction book is easy to use, and is well laid out. If in doubt, one only has to pick it up and read it. Absolutely no complaints!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from LOTS OF POWER Received mine as a gift. Took some time to get used to it as it is a higher watt (1300 vs 1100) than my previous microwave. It does a fine job but is still bulky like the ones in the 70-80's. It is not counter friendly if space is a concern. An improvement is suggested to allow the door to open further as it often gets in the way of removing items when it only opens to 90 degrees. ONLY comes in White. Today's homes are more color coordinated and this really stands out; just a suggestion . . . The LED window is difficult at best to view unless you are eye level with it. Sorry for the poor review but it is NOT one I would have selected. Having viewed the website, it does NOT offer enough information/comparison for me to order this product online. I would have been twice dissappointed.

What should I check if my microwave stops working?Check the fuse/circuit breaker for the outlet to see if it has been tripped or blown. Check other outlets to see if there is a GFI (Ground Fault Interrupt) outlet that is on the same circuit as the outlet used for the unit and see if it needs to be reset. Connect the oven to another outlet to see if unit is still operational. If the unit is still not working, please contact a local authorized servicer for diagnosis and repair.

What should I do if my microwave display is not working?Check to make sure unit is plugged into a working outlet by plugging in another device to determine if power is available at the receptacle.
If power is not available at the outlet check your fuse/circuit breaker, panel.
Note: Newer homes/buildings are generally wired with GFI (Ground Fault Interrupt) receptacles, if your building is equipped with GFI receptacles be sure to check if the circuit breaker directly on the receptacle has been tripped and requires reset.
If you determine the outlet has power but the microwave still is not functioning, contact a local Panasonic authorized servicer for repair.

For some reason my microwave oven displays units of measure in grams instead of ounces. How do I change it back?
- Unplug the microwave oven for about 60 Seconds.
- Right after you plug the microwave back in, press the *start button (this will initiate/toggle the oven between grams and ounces.
- Choose the unit of measure.
