Rated 2 out of 5 by from Jet Turn MC-UL810 Extremely Dissatisfied. I have purchased many Panasonic products in the past and have never had a problem or complaint until I bought this vacuum cleaner. My big problem with this machine is the difficulty steering the machine. It constantly rears to the right or left when you don't want it to swivel and is therefore very hard on my arm, shoulder and back. The machine did not come with a hard extension for the hose making it impossible to reach beyond my arm's length up a wall or reach under furniture etc. The chord slips out of the little hook and therefore the least little tug or pressure causes the electrical chord to self rewind the chord and rips it out of the wall. I will say one thing in its favour... Suction, emptying and cleaning the dirt chamber is very easy to maintain.
