Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed This vacuum was recommended by our vacuum distributor. Said ALL the hotels in the area are using them. I purchased 4 new and I am completely disappointed in the vacuums. Within 3 weeks a belt broke on one. They are not good at picking up if you ask me. It was EASY to use, but that is all I found useful with this vacuum.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed My previous Panasonic vacuum gave 20 years of excellent service, which is why I replaced it with another Panasonic, which I have had about a year and a half. I immediately found the hose is too short to vacuum around ceilings & fans. It will clog & have to have the clog removed with a dowel if you have any pet hair at all. Suction started off fine but now is weak. The latest wrinkle is that it shuts off for no reason while in use & won't start again for hours. I've replaced it with a different brand & will send this yellow lemon to the landfill.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent quality for the money I purchased this product more than 9 years ago. Great suction and with regular maintenance the product overall has serviced my family well. I like the automatic carpet height and bare floor adjustment for ease of use. The wood agitator and motor protection system has kept the machine running efficiently. Two downsides to the product, however, are the poor quality, plastic holders for the on-board tools and the plastic casing surrounding the cord. With regular use, the extension hose holder broke off years ago, and the plastic coating around the cord has cracked and split in two places from winding the cord around. Overall, I have been pleased with the product's value.

  • Why is there no more suction from my vacuum?
    Check the following:
    1. Ensure that the dust bin is not clogged or full. If so clear the clogged area or empty the bin.
    2. Check the hose for damage or holes. Replace the hose if needed.
    3. Ensure that the hose is inserted fully.
    4. Ensure that the filters are clean.
  • Why did my agitator brush stop spinning in my vacuum?
    Ensure that the belt is not broken. If the belt is broken, replace it. If the belt is not broken and is installed correctly, the vacuum would require servicing. You can locate the closest service center by clicking here.
  • Why does the vacuum become extremely hot and shut off after five minutes?
    1. Ensure that there are no clogged areas
    2. Change the filter
    3. Check the hose.
