Rated 4 out of 5 by from doesn't work on plush carpet I have a panasonic vacuum that I love so I wanted to purchase another for a vacation home. The one I have is no longer available as it is 20 years old. I looked thru all the models to get a new one as close to what I have as possible. When the new one arrived I was thrilled with the size and weight and ease of assembly. The problem is that the vacuum will not work on thick carpet. It is great on low pile or hard wood floors. I was so dissapointed but decided to keep it for use on low pile carpet. I don't know how this passed inspection for reg carpet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from worst purchase ever The stretch hose on the model mc-ug327 does not stretch very far making the machine tip over each and every time. Comes with only one extended wand. I feel like I wasted my money. The one thing I can say is that the suction is good.I am very disappointed with this Panasonic.

  • Why is there no more suction from my vacuum?
    Check the following:
    1. Ensure that the dust bin is not clogged or full. If so clear the clogged area or empty the bin.
    2. Check the hose for damage or holes. Replace the hose if needed.
    3. Ensure that the hose is inserted fully.
    4. Ensure that the filters are clean.
  • Why did my agitator brush stop spinning in my vacuum?
    Ensure that the belt is not broken. If the belt is broken, replace it. If the belt is not broken and is installed correctly, the vacuum would require servicing. You can locate the closest service center by clicking here.
  • Why does the vacuum become extremely hot and shut off after five minutes?
    1. Ensure that there are no clogged areas
    2. Change the filter
    3. Check the hose.
