Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fair Value I've and used this one for over 5 years and it's good for light home office use. However after a few years when ever I tried to put someone on hold it would drop the call. Clients would think I hung up on them on propose. NOT GOOD.... so I just didn't use that fearue anymore. But for that it was a great phone. This is a major feature and one would think this would not be possible with a Panasonic product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Recommended I have purchased 2 of these phones within a 4 year period. Both phones had the same issue, when putting someone on hold it drops the call.
