Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dissappointment I bought 2 phones. They go through batteries way too quickly (several weeks to a two months). If you put a volt meter on the batteries, the voltage drops when you plug in the phone line. That's not right. One phone got replaced, and the other phone has continued to develop more problems. The speaker phone microphone does not work and now people are saying that they have a hard time hearing me on the handset.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Clearest receiver sound. I have a closet full of other brands that didnt measure up. PROS: handset sound, durable, reliable. Cons: No backlit, the ID screen lays too flat. It needs to be tilted upward. Mediocre answering machine sound.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Corded Phone Purchased unit approx. one (1) year ago. Have had no problems whatsoever. If this unit had a backlighted LCD display, I would have rated it as excellent.
