Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bang for your Buck Have had the system for about a month and have found it to be fairly easy to use. I recommend you read the manual it really helps. The system has met and even exceeded my expectations in quality and performance. The sound quality is very good and I especially like the Auto Attendant feature and the Call Screening feature. I'm hoping I will need to expand from my current 2 lines to the 4 lines available and from my 3 extensions to the 16 extensions available. Auto Attendant, Call Screening, Voicemail, Expandability, you really get some Bang for your Buck.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from STUPID MISSING FEATURE This phone does not allow you to Dial in a Number and then hit the Line Button. You Must engage the Line and then Dial. Therefore you Cannot Delete a mistyped number. otherwise Phone is Ok. Jay
