Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Phone; Features Need Improvement Phone quality is outstanding--no static or other noises detectable when using either handset or speaker phone. However, the phone comes with a short cord; the first thing I did was go out and buy a longer cord so I could sit back in my chair and speak with the phone sitting on my desk (otherwise, I had to practically sit within one foot of the phone). Aside from an inability to support caller ID, the other shortcoming is a lack of a headset that works with the phone. I have been unable to find one online (wireless or wired), so if you prefer a headset this is not the phone for you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Read ALL the information. After reading all the information on multiple phones I selected this one because it did not have two lines. I did not realize it did not support caller ID. In retrospect, would prefer to have an unused line AND caller ID rather a single line and NO caller ID. Love the quality of the phone. NO stactic which was a serious problem with the phone it replaced. Still, I miss caller ID and a perfect selection would have been corded (most important) single lined (perferred) with Caller ID (sorely missed).
