Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely Satisfied This phone is used in a commercial application 10 hours a day - 6 days a week. The handsets have been dropped numerous times and everything still works well after about 10 years! We walk around with the phones so the ringer is turned off (we can hear the base unit) but we can still get a page. And if we misplace a phone (it happens often) we can always find it with the page (even with the ringer turned off). We set the answering system to indicate our hours of operation, etc in our business and use the 'answer only - do not leave a message' option. A very unique feature!! We tried other phones but they felt small #small buttons#, cheap and not heavy duty like the Panasonic. Excellent and unique product!! Thanks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice system We had purchased several different phone systems from different manufacturers over a 5 year period. All promised to do the same thing, but this system is the only one that delivered. I am one satisfied customer, and seeking to expand it to 4 phones from 2.
