Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have had the phone for 2 years and it works really well. I had to have this type because when comcast installed my phone the only one telephone outlet would work. The only problem I have had is the main base unit, you have to put the phone in just right for it to charge (after about 1 year). I have switched the phones and still did not charge properly unless I pay close attention to how I set the phone in. The other 2 base units have worked fine. I can go anywhere with them; even upstairs or walking around the yard.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Somewhat dissatisfied Positives: Phone light, very good speaker system, paging excellent, conference, too. Intercom retired my other system. Phone book very good. Negative: Text on screen on two of three phones purchased went away. Now, we look at a yellow lighted screen with nothing on it. Is there a fix? Thanks.

  • How can I turn on the audible message alert to notify when I have a new message on the answering machine?
    Some models have this feature to allow the base unit to beep to inform you of a new message arrival when new messages are recorded. The base unit beeps 2 times every minute until you listen to the messages, if the "Base unit beep" setting is turned on. The default setting is "Off".
    To activate the feature follow these procedure:
    1. Press [MENU] [#] [3] [3] [9]
    2. Select the desired setting, "ON" or "OFF"
    3. Press SAVE then the OFF button

  • How do I adjust incoming ringer volume?
    To adjust the ringer volume of the handset or Base unit. Press [+] or [-] on the base or [▲] or [▼] on the cordless handset repeatedly to select the desired volume while the unit is ringing for an incoming call.

  • How do I program or troubleshoot my telephone handset?
    For proper procedures, please use your Base Unit model number as part of your search or filter as your handset is compatible to numerous models.
