I have bouht 2 sysems for offices......huge saving for small business owners/home office like mine....I spent over 6,000 in late 90s for a different system that did not do all my Panasonic Ktx 4500B system is doing today.....love the cordless/portable multi line phones to walk outside, fish off my dock, work at out door patio with laptop and good coverage on my 10 acres.......get extra portables your family/business assoc will love them.....get extra batteries for backup when they go they are gone for portables...

  • How can I turn on the audible message alert to notify when I have a new message on the answering machine?
    Some models have this feature to allow the base unit to beep to inform you of a new message arrival when new messages are recorded. The base unit beeps 2 times every minute until you listen to the messages, if the "Base unit beep" setting is turned on. The default setting is "Off".
    To activate the feature follow these procedure:
    1. Press [MENU] [#] [3] [3] [9]
    2. Select the desired setting, "ON" or "OFF"
    3. Press SAVE then the OFF button

  • How do I adjust incoming ringer volume?
    To adjust the ringer volume of the handset or Base unit. Press [+] or [-] on the base or [▲] or [▼] on the cordless handset repeatedly to select the desired volume while the unit is ringing for an incoming call.

  • How do I program or troubleshoot my telephone handset?
    For proper procedures, please use your Base Unit model number as part of your search or filter as your handset is compatible to numerous models.
