If 'New Voicemail' is displayed on the handset and the indicator flashes slowly, it means you have a new voicemail message, on your mailbox assigned to you by your phone company. If you are unaware of the voicemail subscription you may contact your phone company to get your voicemail PIN.
  • The indicator light on my handset is flashing. What does it mean?
The light indicator on the handset should always be constantly lit while on the charger. The only time that the light should go off is when the batteries are already fully charged. If the light indicator is flickering or flashing it means that the handset is not charging properly, lift the handset off the cradle then try placing it back on the charger again. You can also try charging the handset on a different cradle to test.
  • The date and time always changes even if I save the settings. What should I do to fix this?

    2. Press [#] [2] [2] [6]
    3. Press [2] for manual
    4. Press [SAVE] then press [OFF] to exit the setting
