KX-TG254SK is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from waste of money Very frustrated on my first day with this phone. I had to use my common sense to set up the phone set. The owner's manual doesn't show much besides the extra features of the phone: •Link up to 2 Cell Phones •Bluetooth Headset Capability •Phonebook Copy from Cellular Phone via Bluetooth While the basic features of this phone were barely mentioned. That's ridiculous. I didn't buy those features. I bought a phone and what I wanted first was how to be familiar with the BASIC FEATURES of the phone. It was such a waste of time reading this useless owner's manual which is printed in such tiny fonts, just for the sake of having a manual. I had to read it on Panasonic website.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't Beep with Message Reminder I am disappointed with the answering machine part of this phone set. I am accustomed to having an audible alert when a message is left. Other manufacturers let you choose this feature being enabled. The only alert this product allows is a weak flashing light on top of the handset that is difficult to see in daylight. We regularly miss seeing it even though we know this is a shortcoming. This is definitely NOT a phone for someone with eyesight disabilities.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ease of use This phone was easy to set up and is very easy to use the different functions. The display is bright and the digits are easy to read. The buttons are larger than my previous Panasonic phone and make calling numbers simple. I'm 82 years old. I'm glad I purchased this model. I also love the call block feature.
