    Please include your name, address, telephone number, email address, copy of your purchase receipt (for warranty service), and a description of what is wrong with the unit. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.

    Panasonic is not responsible for damage that occurs in transit. All contents should be packaged for safe travel to the service center. Customer should use a reputable small package shipping company that is able to provide a package tracking number and insurance (if customer should so desire to insure their package).

    Units that are abused, damaged, infested with insects, have corrosion, etc. will be placed out-of-warranty.

  • Can I connect the product to my LAN via wireless connection? If possible how do I do It?
    You can connect the product to your network via wireless connection provided that you already know or has assigned an IP address to be used by the machine. The IP address to be used for your machine is automatically assigned by your router or hub. The IP address can also be assigned by your network administrator. Please contact your network administrator or support group for your router.
  • Can my product print colored documents?
    We do apologize but the product can only print documents in black and white. It does however have the capability to scan documents in black and white and colored.
  • How do I connect my product to a Local Area Network?
    To connect the product via network, connect an Ethernet cable at the back of the machine where it is labeled as LAN. The connected Ethernet cable should be connecting the product and your router or hub. Once this is done install the Multi Function Software, please use the disk that came with the package. The installation instructions will guide you on how to install the software.
  • How do I make a copy using the ADF?
    Note: Make sure that the [COPY] button is lid up, if not just press the. [COPY] button
    1. Open the document cover.
    2. Place the document facing UP.
    3. Change the resolution and contrast according to the type of document that you have.
    4. Key in the number of copies that you need to copy.
    5. Press [BLACK] or [WHITE] then it will start copying. After you finish copying, press the [STOP] to go back to the default settings.

    2. Change the resolution and contrast according to the type of document that you have

  • How do I put my fax machine's ringer OFF?
    1. Press the arrow down [▼] to select "RINGER OFF = OK?"

  • How do I send a fax using the ADF?

  • How to remove paper jam near the manual tray?
    Pull open the paper input tray. Open the manual input tray. Remove the jammed paper carefully by pulling it upwards. Close the manual tray. Close the paper input tray. Open and close top cover to clear the error message.
  • How to remove recording paper jam near the fuser tray?
    1. Lift the top cover release and open the top cover
    2. Lift both green levers until stop
    3. Remove the paper jammed paper carefully by pulling out it upwards
    4. Push the green lever to the original position
    5. Close the top cover until locked

    1. Hold the left cover open lever and then pull open the left cover.
    2. Pull down both green levers until they stop.
    3. Remove the paper jam carefully by pulling it towards you.
    4. Push up the green lever back to the original position.
    5. Close the left cover.

  • How to turn ON my distinctive Ring?
    Press [MENU] [#] [4] [3] [0]. Press [1] to select "ON" or [0] to select "OFF". Press the [SET] button. Press [MENU] to end programming.
  • Why do I get a "Connection failed" error message on my machine and the USB connection no longer works?
    Based on the problem that you have described we suggest that you replace the USB cable being used. You can also try another USB port on your computer if there is no connection between the unit and the printer. You may also uninstall and reinstall the Multi Function Software to refresh the connection of the two devices.
