Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Happy Just bought this and must say this shaver performs nicely. You have to shave against the grain with these shavers and you will get a very close shave. My first shave was in the shower with shaving gel and exceeded my expectations as usually it takes a little time for your face to adjust to electrics but this shaver gave me no issues. My only gripe is that is doesn't have a base for storage but no big deal. I would stick to any of the panasonics with the 4 blade systems which seem to have the best reviews.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have had an electric razor in the past (from a different manufacturer) and was underwhelmed by it. I received this as a gift this past Christmas and was less than enthused by it. However, I have found this razor to greatly exceed the low expectations I had. It does a good job, giving a nice, close shave. It's not quite as close as a standard razor, but it is easier and cleaner to use with less mess than using shaving cream. It just doesn't seem to do quite as good a job on my neck as it does on my face, so I have found a very quick run over the neck with a razor (no cream) is needed. That is the closest thing I can think of to a drawback to this razor.
