Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Shaver - Period Yep, the Panasonic Nano shaver is the best I've ever used, and by a fairly wide margin. I'm 58, have a medium beard, and average face. I've used most everything over the years, including a number of Remingtons, 2 Brauns, Gillette razors (blades), and, most recently, 3 different Norelcos. They all had their pluses and minuses, but only the Panasonic has it all. Quick, comfortable, and for me, close as a blade. [I know, staunch blade users will dispute that last comment; however, my wife of 37 years agrees - take it up with her.] I've used it dry, wet, and with shaving cream - in my case, I much prefer using cream to shave. I've read where people ask why bother using cream? Well, for the same reasons you use cream with a blade: comfort and closeness. [If you wonder what it's like to use a Panasonic wet/dry shaver with cream, a gent posted a YouTube video, and the guy nails it.] My only regret is that I waited this long to try it. I always thought it must be a gimmick, but for me, it works great - highly recommended.
