Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unfortunately Internet option sucks Works great except for internet. Too hard to control with remote. Very slow and freezes constantly! Do not waste time you will be frustrated

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good feature set, slow performance, frequent hangs I like the feature set, especially the reach and customizable network services. It also can play back more media formats than my older version Panasonic BluRay disk player. However, it is extremely slow in average, reacting to button clicks very late, frequently resulting in unwanted actions. Most importantly, it hangs too frequently (it seems like related to network availability / connectivity). Problem is, it won't recover from these hangs, even if I recycle the player using the remote. The only possible way to bring it back to life is to unplug and plug the power from/to the AC power outlet. It is very cumbersome and I am afraid I break the power plug / jack.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for Despite this unit's receiving a 'check' rating from a major product evaluation organization, it's inexpensive and lacks some of the features expected in a high performing unit. I haven't observed a video/audio sync issue, but you can isolate the cause by checking to see if the same issue occurs while using the QAM tuner #bypassing the set-top box#, while using the set-top box, and while using playback devices attached via USB or HDMI. I see a sync issue when using my Comcast set-top box, but not when using the internal QAM tuner. Must be the processing delay of visual and aural signals reminiscent of the old 'delay line' issues with old analog TVs. So far, the 360 has been a solid performer. Mine also is in a cabinet on a shelf, but I can pull it forward and disconnect the power cable if I ever had to cold boot it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lip sync I bough this product so far is good. Easy to used & set up. The only problem I have is the lip sync. I don't know how to fix it. I went back to store & they told to upgrade the firmware but is up to date. Anybody know how to fix the problem?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed in Virginia I received a very good price on the player, but maybe had higher expectations from Panasonic. I own a straight Blu-Ray player and two 50in televisions made by Panasonic and have been thoroughly satisfied with all three. I purchased the 360, since for future use with a new 4K television it would be compatible, although I originally was going to purchase the new 91. The 360 is a plain box looking machine that one might mistake for some kind of switching component. Instructions are not complete unless you happen to be an eighteen year old voiced in complete use of the latest electronics. The most insane thing about it though is the fact if it hangs up you have to unplug it and then replug it to reset the system. Try that when you have it in a cabinet and have to reach behind to reboot it. Seems kind of cheesy to me.

Owner's Manuals
  • What do I do if the unit has no power?
If the unit is not powering on, remove the power cord plug from any power strip it may be connected to and plug directly into the wall outlet.
  • What should I do if my Blu-ray player freezes or locks-up?
If your Blu-ray player is not responding then do as follows:

    1. Unplug all cables and USB devices from the player.
    2. Unplug the power, wait about 30 seconds then reconnect.

We recommend connecting the player (wired) to your network and attempt updating its Firmware again.
  • What can I do if I am have difficulties accessing Netflix?
For Netflix related problems please do the following:

    1. Connect your player to your Wired / Wireless network.
    2. Check to ensure that your player is set to your current "Time Zone". The wrong "Time Zone" may cause connectivity issues. To check the Time Zone, go to "Setup" -> "Player Settings" -> "Network" -> "Network Settings" -> "Network Service Settings" -> "Time Zone".
    3. Click the [Netflix] button on your players remote to launch the Netflix application. If Netflix does not load what is the error message displayed?
    4. If you experience an error in connection do the following: "Setup" -> "Player Settings" -> "Network" -> "Network Settings" -> "IP Address/DNS Settings" -> "DNS Auto Configuration". Change this setting from "On" to "Off" then change your "Primary DNS" to and your "Secondary DNS" to
    5. Check to see if other Apps are able to be accessed. If other Apps can be accessed and Netflix is the only App not loading, this may be a Netflix issue.
  • How do I activate my Netflix account?
Start by pressing the Netflix button on your remote or select the App showing on screen. If you do not already have an existing Netflix account you'll see an option on Netflix screen offering a free month. "Start your Free Month" should already be highlighted. Navigate to the form and Click [OK] and fill out the information as required on the screen.
