Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good, just needs Netfix Good price, works well and looks great on my TV. The firmware update over the net is very convenient too. The boot up time to watching a movie is a little long but I can easily overlook that if only Netflix was supported. Amazon videos are there so I would think Netflix would be possible. I would recommend the product then. Might it be in a future update? Hopefully...thank you.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from updates please? needs an sd card just to get most bd live features wont work on some and netflicks is really needed on this player maybe an update would do the trick it maybe just me but the loading is kinda too long so panasonic if your reading this keywords are Netflicks and Updates Please

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good player with SDHC, but... This is a very good unit. I bought it specifically because I can play my AVCHD camcorder videos simply by removing the SDHC chip from the camcorder and inserting it in the player. What could be simpler? BUT, I also have a Netflix account and would really like this unit to access Netflix. (other brands offer Netflix but no SDHC slot). In the "other functions" screen of this player "Coming Soon" provocatively hints at additional features beyond YouTube, Picassa, Bloomberg and Amazon. Is Netflix in Panasonics' future? That would make a good player really great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great player for the money Got this as a gift. Great player. We tried the Amazon video stream. Aside from a few hiccups, which I am sure was our network connection, it was great!!! Video on the BD disc and the net is perfect. I only have a 1080i TV (Panasonic) but still looks great!! Would recommend this to anyone.

  • What do I do in the unit has no power?
    If the unit is not powering on, remove the power cord plug from any power strip it may be connected to and plug directly into the wall outlet.
  • What should I do if my Blu-ray player freezes or locks-up?
    If your Blu-ray player is not responding then do as follows:

    1. Unplug all cables and USB devices from the player.
    2. Unplug the power, wait about 30 seconds then reconnect.

    We recommend connecting the player (wired) to your network and attempt updating its Firmware again.
  • Why is a "No Read" error message appearing on my players display?

    Ensure that the surface of the disc is not dirty, scratched or smudged, or try another disc and see what happens. If the product is unable to play all discs, then it will require servicing.

    If you elect to have your Blu-ray Player, DVD Recorder or Home Theater System serviced, please contact Panasonic via email before sending your unit in at panacare@us.panasonic.com. Be sure and provide the model number of your player and a description of what is wrong with the unit. This condition is usually a repair issue and depending on the units age it may or may not be possible due to parts availability.

  • Why does the message, "SET1", "SET2" or "SET3", display on the player when I press a button on the remote control?
    The remote control and main unit are using different codes. On the remote control, press and hold [OPTION] and the following button at the same time for more than 5 seconds depending on the indication SET 1: [G], SET 2: [B], SET 3: [Y].

    On the remote control, press and hold [OK] and the corresponding number [1], [2] or [3] for "SET 1", "SET 2" or "SET 3" respectively.
