Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Shave I've only had the Arc 5 for a couple of weeks so I am still getting used to it after having used a rotary for several years. But so far, a really close, smooth shave. I would definitely recommend this shaver. It feels like it will hold up to some abuse, too.

I have a tough beard and other shavers that I had needed blade replacement every six months and will see how long this shaver's blade and foil is going to last. I see the price on foil & blade is on the expensive side but if it continues to give me close shave I do not mind it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much better than Braun I have used Norelco shavers for 15 years, but the new ones I looked at did not impress me. All made in China and very cheep feeling and looking, I didn't want to go that route. So after some research I purchased a Braun 790cc, after 40 days of use I returned it for money back. It would take me 30 minutes to shave with the Braun, all it did was vibrate back and forth without actually cutting my beard. So then I purchased the Panasonic ES-LV95-s, and holy cow! Much faster and actually cut my beard on the first pass! And I got a very close shave! After using now for a month, I have to say I look forward to shaving. Fast and close, what more can I say!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy a Panasonic ES-LV95 I bought a Panasonic ES-LV95 shaver complete with cleaning station on September 2015. At first I was pleased with the shaver, a nice close shave every time. However within half a year holes appeared in the foil and did cut my skin. I complained to Panasonic and after many emails They at last decided to supply me with an new foil. Now after 5 months use of this foil holes are appearing again. Before this model I used the previous model Panasonic shaver. After 2 years shaving the foil was still OK. I sold that one, but I am sorry I did. The Panasonic ES-LV95 is a lemon. I think the quality control at Panasonic has gone down, result non lasting shavers. I will look for an other brand.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Dissapointed My uncle advised me to buy Panasonic, I bought this one. first few shaves it worked perfectly, but after the second week I started having problems with shaving my neck, it just could not shave the beard on my neck. I had irritations and red skin on my neck so finally I decided to return it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from First time Electric Shaver... I've been a razor man all my life until my wife finally persuaded me to try an electric. Not one to go cheap on anything electronic, I found this shaver. So far it's been very good. Clean Close shave (not as close as my razor but very close). The Clean station is excellent and keeps the shaver in top working condition. The only negative thing that I can say is that I've got some rather fickle facial hair. Some lay flat, some that just against the grain. The shaver doesn't quite get these hairs sometimes and I've got to take to the razor to clean up what it missed. I'd consider my facial hair "thickness" to be average to slightly above average.

  • What could be keeping my shaver from charging?
    The shaver may not charge under the following circumstances:

    1) The recommended charging temperature of 50-95 °F (10-35 °C) not being met.
    2) The unit is already charged.
    3) The unit is being used for the first time or has not been used for last six months and it may take a while for charging to start.
  • What should I do if my product needs service?
    NOTE: This does not apply to TVs, Microwaves, Vacuums, and Massage Chairs.
