Rated 4 out of 5 by First time Electric Shaver... I've been a razor man all my life until my wife finally persuaded me to try an electric. Not one to go cheap on anything electronic, I found this shaver. So far it's been very good. Clean Close shave (not as close as my razor but very close). The Clean station is excellent and keeps the shaver in top working condition. The only negative thing that I can say is that I've got some rather fickle facial hair. Some lay flat, some that just against the grain. The shaver doesn't quite get these hairs sometimes and I've got to take to the razor to clean up what it missed. I'd consider my facial hair "thickness" to be average to slightly above average. February 17, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Top of the line shaver. Ten years ago I bought Panasonic's top of the line shaver and it was very impressive at the time. Now it is time to replace it and I again went with the top of the line shaver that Panasonic offered. I was not disappointed. It shaves so smoothly and in just a couple of minutes. I shave my face and head daily and this razor does a wonderful job with no skin irritation. Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Panasonic I love my new panasonic shaver. It has the closest shave i have experienced electric or otherwise. IT has problems with long individual rogue hair but nothing a different electric shaver can deal with either. Best shaver I have owned. It deals with sensitive skin well. I clean my shaver manually and then use the cleaning system to sanitize and clean. It's a little more work but it keeps the cleaning system in better working order and it makes the cleaning detergent last 3 times longer than panasonic estimates. I once owned a braun with a cleaning system and one thing i was upset at is the fact that they made their systems where you would have to replace their cleaning cartridges in under a month. I am getting ready to change my detergent now which is just over the 3 month mark but keep in mind i clean it manually with soap and water before using the system. I believe it will extend the shaver head replacements as well, time will tell. I also love the design and look of the shaver. When i first saw the bigger surface area of the shaver head i was a skeptic of the quality of shave under the nose and around the mouth but it is easy to use. I recommend this product. Rated 5 out of 5 by Far and away the best shaving experience. This shaver produces the smoothest, most comfortable shave I've ever experienced. The final result is very comparable to a blade, but with essentially no risk of cuts or razor burn. Fully charged, it lasts long enough for 1 week business trips without the need to recharge. I've had beards on and off during my ownership, and found that it is flexible enough to easily shave around beards to keep everything neat and clean. On the flip side, it's quite expensive. When I found out how much my wife had spent on it (as a gift), I was a little upset. But, I've come to love the product. The only other negative I've found is that the trimmer is placed in such a position as to make it very difficult to see what you are trimming. So, it's very difficult to make even lines with the trimmer. December 11, 2015
