NN-H765BF is rated 3.1 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disrupts wi-fi We bought this microwave quite some time ago and it was really a really good value. There are a few problems with it. Whenever it is used, it disconnects wifi to my laptop that is around 6-7 feet away. Something has happened to it recently where it will either work or not work. No rhyme or reason. For the most part it was a good purchase but it's gotta go now as we can't depend on it and it'll be nice to get rid of something that disrupts my wifi connection.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from less than 3 years Our NN-H765 was purchased 5/19/2013; mfg'd Nov/2012. The Control Panel (touch pad) just stopped working: you touch a pad (e.g. "0") and it kills the power. You unplug it then plug it back in and power returns. But enter digits and you lose power again. It's broke. Otherwise, it had worked well and we liked it. So if you buy a new microwave every 3 yrs anyway, this will be good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great purchase I purchased this microwave oven in December 2014. Our "old" microwave finally quit after 25 years! It was a Panasonic, so needless to say, I went looking for a new Panasonic microwave. Found this one in our local BiMart for a great price. I don't cook in the microwave, but I do reheat and defrost. Someone mentioned that it only took a minute to reheat coffee. I find 30 seconds is plenty in this oven. Defrosting is also very quick. I remember thinking it was maybe a little louder than my old oven, but at this point definitely normal. The plastic coating on the number pads have started to bubble slightly like another reviewer noted. Not an issue for function, and not unsightly for me at all. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is my third Panasonic microwave...Love 'em The entire color scheme of my new kitchen cried out for a black microwave. I have been so happy with the other Panasonics I had, I went for it...and it does not disappoint. Sleek looking, tons of features, great size. People mention that the door is loud when opening and closing...but, unless you are trying to be secretive...who cares?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great MW, pleasant low volume beeper Most models available these days have a loud annoying beeper, but this model is less obtrusive -- and if it's still not quiet enough, this one can be turned completely off! The one button feature for cooking and another for reheating are fantastic! Highly recommend this model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cooks Fast We had a 1200 Watt microwave in our office and it would take 5 minutes to warm up a cup of coffee. I purchased this 1250 watt model and it warms it up in 1 minute!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from poor performance My panasonic microwave died after just one year

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement for a 1987 Panasonic Microwave My husband got his first microwave, a Panasonic, as a gift in 1987. It is the microwave that had been in his bachelor pad, joined our household after we married and survived two kids into their teen years. It had the door repaired once and the magnetron replaced once, but otherwise it worked perfectly until last month when it finally gave up the ghost. After 27 years of owning a Panasonic, it was the only option for us. I couldn't be happier with our decision. I love the sensor cooking and reheating. According to my kids, the popcorn setting makes the perfect bag of microwave popcorn. It was a great value and maybe I won't have to buy a microwave for another 27 years (which would make it an exceptional value).

  • What should I check if my microwave stops working?
Check the fuse/circuit breaker for the outlet to see if it has been tripped or blown. Check other outlets to see if there is a GFI (Ground Fault Interrupt) outlet that is on the same circuit as the outlet used for the unit and see if it needs to be reset. Connect the oven to another outlet to see if unit is still operational. If the unit is still not working, please contact a local authorized servicer for diagnosis and repair.

Check to make sure unit is plugged into a working outlet by plugging in another device to determine if power is available at the receptacle.
If power is not available at the outlet check your fuse/circuit breaker, panel.

Note: Newer homes/buildings are generally wired with GFI (Ground Fault Interrupt) receptacles, if your building is equipped with GFI receptacles be sure to check if the circuit breaker directly on the receptacle has been tripped and requires reset.
