Rated 2 out of 5 by Hepa filter I got suckered into buying this vaccum. It was overpriced. In addition, all I wanted from this site was to show how to put the Hepa filter back and info. on replacing it(when). I was on hold for over 5 min. on the phone and told(automated voice) that it would be approx. 1 min. No way was it one min. Why don't you just offer a diagram with real pictures so that a person trying to repair or replace something could see it clearly. All this other stuff: most frequently asked question, etc., are a waste of time. I see right now a note that I should contact Customer SErvice if I have any comments. So, is this email a waste of time? April 5, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great vaccum!!!! I have had this light wt vac for yrs had it redone and it takes a licking and keeps ticking!!! Lite wt easy to use lots of suction the onboard tools are bad so I bought horse hair tool attachments from the sew & vac store. I love it going... to buy a new one after 10 yrs just like it!!!! The vacs in the store are too plastic and I want a bag not a clear container where dirt goes..better to throw away bag not empty!!! July 18, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst Vacuum Ever Horrible suction. Makes high pitched wistle when extension hose is hooked up. Plastic broke on hard connections that twist together. Too expensive for the quality! Hated if from first week of owning but couldn't return! March 29, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by Ridiculous This vacuum is horrible. The parts just keep falling off especially the hose that attaches supposedly like central vac to the back of it. First of all it is practically impossible to get it into the hole and it keeps falling out. The other cheap plastic parts keep falling off too and you can't turn off the beater bar. July 29, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing When I was 18 and moved out on my own I got my mom's vacuum. Panasonic JetFlo (MC-5111) which my dad had got her brand new in the 80's. She used it 3times a day to clean up after my sisters and I. "5 of us total" Not to mention 3dogs. I am 27 now and used it everyday since it was given to me and it just now started going out. I purchased this Performance Plus vacuum which is very much like the jetflo my mother had given me. I was able to purchase a new set of attachments so I now have a total cleaning system. I will never purchase another brand of vacuum. Panasonic is well worth the money. June 19, 2010
