Features

Inverter Technology Panasonic Inverter Technology perfects the art of cooking with microwave ovens, delivering delicious flavor, excellent color, superb shape and texture in the foods you cook. The consistent delivery of microwave energy means delicate foods can simmer without the edges and surfaces overcooking. Foods have the look and taste you
expect – without the wait!
Genius Microwave With the touch of our Sensor Cooking button, this microwave takes guesswork out of creating a great meal by automatically setting power levels and adjusting cooking or defrosting time. The sensor measures the amount of steam produced during cooking and signals the microprocessor to calculate the remaining cooking time at the appropriate power level.
Inverter Turbo Defrost Panasonic has succeeded in evolving the Turbo Defrost, which allows you to defrost foods even faster than previous Panasonic Auto Defrost. Panasonic Inverter Defrost technology is an advanced microwave sequencing system using the inverter continuous-power delivery feature.
One-Touch Sensor Cook and Reheat The Sensor adjusts power levels and calculates cooking and reheating times automatically for various food types.
Menu Action Screen (multi-lingual) The Menu Action Screen is like having a chef to assist you in the kitchen. It scrolls step-by-step cooking instructions across the display, in a choice of English, Spanish, or French.
Keep Warm Feature A pulsing delivery of very low microwave power keeps food temperatures at a constant level – without overcooking. So, foods like stew, gravy, and desserts remain warm in the oven until ready to serve.

Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 18 reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not happy We purchased this microwave in April 2015. This week, February 2016, it just stopped working. First off, all this time we have found it to be too strong, and we are frequently turning the Power to 8, so things don't burn up. Also, the buttons are not very user friendly, like our previous microwaves have been. For example, if you want to cook 1 potatoes or 4 potatoes, there is only 1 button for Potatoes--which is way too long for only 1! The "Sensor cooking" doesn't seem to work correctly. We having been just modifying how we microwave, and then this week it just stops; like the power cut out inside. It is under warranty, so they will repair it free, which is great, but the closest Panasonic repair place is 1.5 hours from my house! The repair dealer did tell me that he would try to look at it and repair while I wait which is super nice. Just not happy with this microwave now. I probably would not purchase Panasonic (certainly not this one) again. February 10, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Works perfectly, so far. We've only had it a couple of weeks, so I don't want to gush just yet. The only thing I don't care for, so far, is having to push the Power button multiple times in order to select the power level; our old microwave allowed us to push "Power" then use the number pad to select the Power level. Warming, heating, and defrosting features work well, and faster than our old microwave. I would buy this model again. December 31, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good value, overall very satisfied This is the model that replaces my old one. The old one was very satisfactory, and gave good service, so I'm sticking with what has worked for me. Love the high power, and the inverter technology. HATE the loud beeper; it's twice as loud as the old one, but really the only negative feature to me. December 26, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Value Microwave Cooks food very thoroughly. Literally could not be better at being this exact model in this exact color. Would buy again. But I don't have to. December 11, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by All powerful microwave, teeny tiny counter space I'm so pleased with this Panasonic microwave. Our old one was Panasonic: never gave a moments trouble so we looked for the brand again. This one is not as tall so fits better in my historic house short countertop space. It's quieter, light weight, more powerful, cutting cooking time, and seems to have a knack for staying clean. I can still fit a 9 X 13 pyrex baking dish in it, too. I love it! Very competitive price, too! December 3, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Best Little Microwave My old microwave went bust, I new I need a good unit with inverter technology for a good price. When I ordered my microwave online the unit I had ordered wasn't available in the color I wanted but it was available in white, so I went ahead with it and I have not been disappointed yet. The inverter makes cooking even on the inside as well as the outside. I use it a lot to defrost frozen hamburger meat and pork chops and it works every time. So far I have had no complaints and it has been quite dependable. November 18, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Quality product replacement I purchased this item to replace a 13 year old Panasonic microwave, a step above this model, that quit working but was in excellent condition. In all those years the model hadn't changed much so I was happy to purchase another microwave in hopes I will get as good of a lifetime. The only thing I have noticed as different, the light doesn't go on when door is opened, only when pushing the start button. At least the bulb will last longer, which is good since I found out with my older microwave, you have to take it to a repair shop to have it replaced!!! November 6, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Good Microwave Great microwave! Cooks well and I like the option to cook popcorn based on the size of the bag. That means you'll get a perfectly popped bag every time. The only down side is the microwave doesn't list the shortcut button menu on the unit. You have to go into the manual in order to cook a potato for instance. This might not seem important but you'd be surprised. Who wants to take chances when warming a cup of coffee or a muffin? Those food items need exact timers to ensure they won't be too hot when they finish reheating. Nobody wants to keep checking the manual to remember the timers for those items when you're rushing out to work. September 20, 2015
