With the touch of our Genius Sensor Cook button, this microwave oven takes the guesswork out of creating a great meal by automatically setting power levels and adjusting cooking or defrosting time. The sensor measures the amount of steam produced during cooking and signals the microprocessor to automatically calculate the remaining cooking time and power level.

Panasonic has evolved the Turbo Defrost feature, allowing you to defrost foods even faster than the previous Panasonic Auto Defrost. Panasonic Inverter Turbo Defrost technology is an advanced microwave sequencing system using the Inverter continuous-power delivery technology.

A pulsing delivery of very low microwave power keeps food temperatures at a constant level – without overcooking. So, foods like stew, gravy, and desserts remain warm in the oven until ready to serve.

With a spin of the precision dial, the easy-to-use pop-out dial is a convenient upgrade from the standard keypad found on most microwave ovens.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MAR Exactly what I wanted I have been using this, my second Panasonic microwave oven, for about 5 months now. It functions well for cooking and defrosting. I do like the rotating dial used to set the cook time. I find it easy to use, attractive and convenient to clean. I am very satisfied with the quality of the product, the purchase process, and the delivery. I would highly recommend on line purchase from Panasonic if you, like me, are unable to find the product you prefer in your local appliance stores. March 11, 2016

This one is a little bigger. and this has a extra feature of invertor defrost. Hope it will last as long as my last one. December 13, 2015

THE POWER SELECTION IS SLOW YOU HAVE TO TWIST THROUGH ALL PRIOR NUMBERS BEFORE YOU GET TO THE POWER SETTING YOU WANT. OTHHER WISE THE UNIT IS THE STANDARD MICROWAVE. I WOULD NOT BUY THIS MODEL AGAIN AND WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT BUT I ORDERED IT ON LINE. November 28, 2015

We weren't sure we could get a full size microwave with all the features we needed. This microwave fit in every way. More interior room, turn table and easy to use. The invertor feature is a great bonus. It defrosts and reheats with even heat. A great value. August 18, 2015

Significant weight difference from old Panasonic microwave, making it easy to move around for cleaning. Rotary knob to set cooking time is very easy to use. Only drawback is it's noisier compared to the old microwave. August 6, 2015
