Rated 4 out of 5 by Good value! We've operated this unit for about a month, and we're very pleased with the performance. 1250 Watt cooking is consistent with heating charts. We haven't used all the features, but features we have used are easy to operate and perform as expected. The control panel is very straightforward. Very good capacity in height, width and depth; and glass dish rotates perfectly. Very pleased so far. (We purchased this unit to replaced another Panasonic unit that we had owned since the early 1990's. Hope to get another 20+ years of performance from this unit!) November 29, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Faulty latch system that can't be repaired Got this microwave for my mother. Unfortunately, the latch system on the door went out shortly after purchasing it. When we took it in to get repaired they said that the latch could not be repaired because the part is not being produced. Instead, we have to slam the microwave door extra hard in the hopes that it will work. Sometimes it takes several slams to get it right. It's ridiculous. November 29, 2015

Rated 4 out of 5 Two weeks in and so far so good This microwave is the highest recommended by Consumer Reports so I looked no further than the Panasonic website to order. The 1250 Watt cooking is fast. The features are numerous but easy to use. The capacity of the oven is huge - enough for a tall travel coffee mug or a 9 x 13" glass baking dish to rotate. I have only had this oven for two weeks but so far so good. November 18, 2015
