It is so easy to use with the touch pad controls. It comes with a healthy gluten free mode, eight menu buttons, automatic 13-hour timer and so much more. I would recommend this product to all my family and friends. March 10, 2016

Rated 1 out of 5 by Betty Keep shopping if you are gluten free Bottom line, not a great machine for GF bread. There is only one GF option, and you may not make any changes to that cycle. That means if your bread comes out under cooked you have to throw it in the oven because you can not add more time, change the size of the loaf, or darkness of loaf. A very expensive machine to offer so little in the way of options, named the GF bread maker! all of those nifty options listed only apply to the non GF settings. Misleading. It comes with a few recipes for GF bread, but they all called for eggs and loads of gums. Two ingredients that many GF individuals have difficulties with. Tried a few alternative recipes from a cookbook and they came out like under-cooked bricks. This was a disappointing and expensive purchase. January 24, 2016
