NI-WL600 Cordless 360° Freestyle Steam/Dry Iron

Enjoy the freedom of cordless steam/dry ironing with this sleek 1500 Watt iron. It heats quickly to fly through wrinkles with a smartly curved stainless-steel soleplate. Steam and temperature levels are one-button simple, and a vertical steam feature works wonders on curtains and hanging garments. A lightweight carrying case also makes both iron and charging base portable, perfect for quilters and crafters.

Iron in Any Direction

Unlike conventional corded irons, the multi-directional, the cordless, ergonomic 360° Freestyle iron makes short work of wrinkles and creases with precision and speed. A non-stick, stainless-steel soleplate iron glides effortlessly over sleeves, cuffs, collars, slacks and large items like tablecloths and curtains.

All the Right Temperatures

Simply set the iron into the charging base and select the temperature setting for the fabric you're ironing. In two to three minutes, a temperature ready light illuminates and you're ready to go. Place the iron back in the base to maintain the proper temperature when you pause to shift garments on the iron board.

Adjustable Steam and Dry Settings

Apply the perfect concentration of steam, or no steam at all, to all your ironing tasks. Set to HIGH for heavier and everyday fabrics, LOW for more delicate fabrics and quick, easy touch-ups or choose DRY for ironing when no steam is needed.

Powerful Vertical Steam

With the push of a button, the iron's vertical steam feature directs a full burst of steam to relax and remove winkles in hanging garments, curtains, drapes and more.

Jet-of-Steam Power

With the one-touch Jet-of-Steam, a powerful burst of steam through the soleplate penetrates clothing, sheets and more to relax and remove wrinkles and creases. And when ironing is done, another burst of steam through the soleplate helps clear the iron’s steam vents.

Spray Away Wrinkles

As you iron, a convenient spray-mist button instantly puts an extra shot of moisture exactly when and where you need it to eliminate stubborn wrinkles from sleeves, collars, trousers and more.

Easy Fill Water Tank

No more taking the iron to the the sink for water refills. A durable, lightweight water tank detaches from the iron with the touch of a button for neater, no-spill refills. When full, the tank instantly snaps back into place.

Auto Safety Shut-Off

If you're interrupted or called away while ironing and forget to unplug the charging base, no worries. The charging base will safely and automatically turn itself off after 10 minutes.

Eliminate Water Spots

The iron's built-in anti-drip system provides a long-life water seal inside the iron body to prevent hot, unvaporized water leakage and protect fabrics from water spotting.

Stay-Clean Vents

An anti-calcium system automatically prevents clogged steam vents by reducing sediment build-up in the vaporizing chamber of the iron.

Maximum Portability

The heat-resistant, see-through carrying case can be easily snapped onto the base immediately after use for total portability and easy storage.

Retractable Cord Reel

When ironing is finished, the touch of a button on the charging base automatically retracts the cord inside the charging base to eliminate tangles and messy power cord storage.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed Bought this iron about 18 months ago. Worked great for about 14 months then I noticed that the water wasn't staying in the iron very long. The housing had sprung a leak and the iron no longer works.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Drips water when using steam. I purchased this Iron because I often sew with fine fabrics such as silk. I need an iron that will not drip water. I was assured that this one would not. Wrong. I carefully followed all the instructions for filling the tank and use. Still dripping!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Iron I love this iron. No cord, fast heating, easy on-off (my last iron had a dial that took several twists to set to cotton and Iron had to be turned off with the knob and unplugged). The removable water tank is very comvenient and should help me prevent spilling water on the iron and shorting it out. It is perfect for small quilting pieces or regular ironing. So happy i purchased this one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good iron IF it lasts as long as my old one. It's a nice iron. I had a Panasonic for over 10 years and really liked it. Still getting used to the steam it's different from the old one. I like the retractable cord, doesn't seem to glide as smoothly as the old one but maybe it will after I use it more. Wish it stayed on longer. I'm always having to turn it back on. Don't ask on Pros/Cons if it's durable as that takes time to determine!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Iron, except.. This is the second iron the wife and I have bought. We love the ease of use with no cords and having a retractable plug. It irons great and the removable refill is a good piece of engineering. Our first iron, the front wheel for the iron slide broke which casued the connection to deteriorate. The only way to warm the iron was to stand and hold it. Not very nice... We liked it so much though we had to get a new one. The second one works great but the power button seems to be real touchy. I will probably ask for a replacement. I don't want to deal with another iron with issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Using this for quilt piecing and it's great. No cord to get in the way. Not to big or heavy. Very happy with my purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good and innovative This is a great iron for light use. Having no chord to deal with while ironing really makes a big difference to me because I was always struggling to manage the chord. It glides smoothly with good weight and takes out any wrinkles effortlessly. The vertical stream function is useful in a pinch. Detachable water reservoir is a good touch. Over all great iron and I don't burn my self as much and I get my shirts pressed much faster and they do look better. My complaints are that the iron cold down a tad too quickly for continuous use and takes a tad too long to hear up on the heating base. Steaming kills the heat even quicker so I have to wait between steams. Also it looks like it's designed for left handed people. I end having to twist my wrist when I place it back on the base every time. I noticed other people using my iron also twist their wrist
