We bought the KX-MC6020 in may we have use it daily and it has always worked, except now, and we need a Monochrome Drum Cartridge and we ordered it on Wednesday and the Panasonic people told me it would be there on Friday by 2:00 pm well it is 5:00 clock and it is not here, we paid the extra money to be overnighted to us.. other than not getting parts when we need them its has been a good machine. but when your whole office is depending on this machine to be running its real hard not to just toss it out and get something else that I know I can get the parts I need close.
