Rated 5 out of 5 by Dbled Could Not Be Happier One of the wheels on the roller ring came off. Tried fixing it, but no luck. Since bought the microwave oven in 2003 I didn't think I'd find a replacement part. A cursory search found a couple listed (Amazon and eBay# for ~$25!. Fortunately I found the manual and searched on the part number and was led here. $3,99 and free shipping #and it came a day earlier than estimated)! Thanks - I'm considering this an early Christmas present January 4, 2016

I ordered this normal mail, and I received this the next day, and I was surprised in a very good way. This says allot about Panasonic. Rated 5 out of 5 by Satisfied Customer Replacement of Panasonic Microwave Roller Ring I was very happy to be able to purchase a replacement roller ring for my Panasonic Microwave oven. I love my microwave oven and it works just fine!! The customer service representative that I spoke with on the phone was able to direct me to a replacement order number for the roller ring. The store I purchased the microwave from said that the ring had been discontinued and did not offer a replacement one. I then went directly to Panasonic and was able to order the ring which had replaced my old one. Thanks for courteous, helpful, representatives at Panasonic. Hagerstown, MD October 15, 2015
