Link2Cell is a cordless phone system that operates together with your cell phone. Simply charge your cell phone through the USB port on the Panasonic base unit and synch the two via Bluetooth. Now you’re ready to make and receive cell calls that are automatically routed through all your home phone handsets. Which means there’s no need to carry your cell phone around your home.

USB Charge

No convenient electrical outlet for charging your cell phone or smart phone? No problem. The base unit features a convenient USB charging port. And because it’s Link2Cell, you can answer your cell phone calls on your Panasonic home phone handsets without draining your cell phone battery.

Text Message (SMS) Alert

Never miss a text message again. The Text Message Alert feature notifies you of received text message on your cell phone through an alert on your cordless handset when your cell phone is synced to the base unit.

Enhanced Noise Reduction

Enhanced Noise Reduction (available on select 2013 models) not only suppresses background noise but also enhances your voice at the same time. Which means the next time your teenager calls you from a concert, you’ll actually be able to hear him.

DECT 6.0 Plus Technology

If you’re looking for superb sound quality and long range, look no further than the DECT 6.0 Plus technology in Panasonic cordless phones. Thanks to error correction up to 80x, you get clear transmission even with extended range. Engineered to work in 1.9GHz frequency, our DECT 6.0 Plus phones won't interfere with wireless devices such as routers, wireless keyboards and microwave ovens. Whether you use them in the basement or the backyard, our phones truly go the distance.

Answering Machine with Message Forwarding

Thanks to advanced answering machine functions (available on select 2013 models), you can get messages wherever, whenever. At home, the base unit will beep to alert you to a message. And on the road, the phone will send a message to your registered cell or work phone.

Talking Caller ID

Hear who’s calling from across the room. The Talking Caller ID feature uses text-to-speech technology, announcing the caller’s information in between rings.

Intelligent Eco Mode

With the Intelligent Eco Mode, when you use the handset closest to the base unit, you’ll automatically lower power consumption. This not only extends available talk time but also prolongs battery life. Which means less frequent charging and in the end, fewer batteries in landfills.

Rated 4 out of 5 by 56 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good, Except the Number of Rings and the Voicemail This phone was good. It had a good volume and I liked how it had 5 handsets, which we really utilized. We had two problems. The first problem was the ring count. Even though we set the ring number to "2 Rings," the ring count gradually increased until it was ringing about 8 times and was really annoying. The second problem was the ability to call our home number. When we tried to call our home number, the phone we were calling with said, "We're sorry, but the person you are calling has a voice mailbox that has not been set up yet...Goodbye." So we are in great doubt as to the capability of the phone to receive (and store) voicemail messages. For all we know, many people could have called us and left a message, and we would not even know. These problems are getting really annoying. February 1, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good system Gave up my landline because I was just paying to have solicitors call on it. Bought this on recommendation of a friend. It was easy to set up and import all my contacts from my cell. I like not having to have my cell hooked to my hip all the time and being able to answer from <almost> anywhere in my house. Rated 2 out of 5 by extremely difficult to use Long had Panasonic phones and loved them until I ran across this bast..d phone. Wanted it because it had clal blocking and Bluetooth. But instead of sticking with its very satisfactory operating system, Panasonic chose to really complicate matters requiring users to enter numbers to do operations which users could do by just punching keys on the older phones. And there are more than 100 numbers for different operations. Does Panasonic expect users to have perfect memories to remember all those numbers? Worse yet, the instructions that come with the phones are microscopic and require a magnifying glass to read. Only wy to read them is download the Manual in PDF. Thanks Panasonic but no thanks. Won't waste my money on a Panasonic again. Took this phone back to the seller. January 28, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic Phone System Replaced older model Panasonic home phone system. Has new features for call blocking of up to 250 TELEMARKETER phone#'s PLUS silencing of the ringer when they call!!! Otherwise, it works great as a home phone system with great coverage of my home. Rated 5 out of 5 by Replacing a prior Panasonic model We have purchased Panasonic cordless phones in the past and were always satisfied. Our oldest model needed an update so I purchased this model as a Christmas gift. So far we have been very happy with it. Our only complaint is the pronunciation of names when a call comes in: I understand that it is phonetically based, but it would be a nice feature to record your own pronunciation for frequent callers. Rated 5 out of 5 by Don't have to carry my cell around the house. This Bluetooth phone set is so convenient. I can answer my cell and land line from any phone in the house. These phones even let me know when I have a text on my cell. Sound is clear and there are many features like call block, silent, etc. December 21, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by First new phone in 18 years I've had the phones for a couple of weeks and I've had no issues and am happy with the product. I have not use the Bluetooth to sync my cell phone yet. The sound quality and speaker phone volume is very good. I work from home one day a week and most of it is spent on conference calls. I do notice that they charge slowly so I may have to use multiple handsets during a full day. I know some reviews did not like having to enter codes to perform setup tasks. It does require you to keep the manual close (or remember where you put it), but the instructions are easy to follow. I do not use many advanced functions so I figure it is a 'Set it and leave it' task. I marked a Pro as inexpensive. I selected that because you get 5 handsets and a base unit/answering machine. Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent 5 handset system An excellent telephone system with many features, even if you don't need them all, they are on standby for you, and you can switch them on or off for your choice. Very clear reception. Noise reduction is a nice feature. December 16, 2015
