KX-TGFA30B is rated 2.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from A-1. I'm very satisfied I replace an earlier Panssonic system and added this as the sixth phone. It integrated into the system immediately and the whole system has worked very nicely. I've been very happy with it and strongly recommend to anyone who needs a sixth phone. Andrew

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Our older version was better. Our older version was better. Mute button poorly placed, actually at top of key pad. It gets pressed by the side of my face, just below my ear, can't hold the phone to my shoulder. Plus the same button gets bumped when carried in a Carhartt side pocket. When the phone is off that button turns on the intercom, leaving the phone on. One day when home alone, all incoming calls went to voice mail for most the day! None of this with older version. Pros: Great intercom reception.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor phone(s) poor service I've been pleased with the five-phone system from Panasonic for many years using three iterations. The extra handset phone has been nothing but trouble. The new phone wouldn't hold a charge, even after trying two new sets of batteries and a good charge base. I returned it but Panasonic sent me a refurbished model, probably because I didn't get around to returning the first phone until 94 days had elapsed. I would have been OK with a refurbished phone but it will not register to my base unit. Pretty disappointing, especially since my past experience with Panasonic equipment has been very positive. It will be interesting to see what they do when I tell them this one won't register.

  • How do I copy the contacts on my cell phone to my Panasonic phone?
Please note the following before you start copying your cell phone contacts to your Panasonic phone:
    • If a copied entry has 2 or more phone numbers, each phone number (6 max.) is stored as a separate entry with the same name.
    • Your cell phones Bluetooth is turned on If a phonebook entry includes additional data such as a picture, that entry may fail to copy to the base unit.
    • If you receive a call while copying phonebook entries, the copying procedure stops. Try again after finishing the call.
    • Check your cell phones compatibility by clicking here.
Follow these procedure to copy Phonebook Items via Bluetooth from cell phone:
    1. On the handset press [MENU] [#] [6] [1] [8].
    2. Press [SELECT] on your desired cellular phone. If the cell phone is registered press [SELECT] on "Other Cell".
    3. Once "Transfer Phonebook" from cell appears on the cordless handset, start pairing your cell phone to the KXTGxx device and follow your Cellular phones instructions.
    4. For other cellular phones (not registered), you need to search for and select the base unit. The base unit PIN (default: "0000") may be required. The entries being copied are displayed on the handset.
Note: Phone book entries that have additional data such as pictures, special ringtones attached to them may fail to transfer to the base when using Link2Cell. The transfer operation will stop at that instance.
