Includes one cordless handset in the base unit and two additional cordless handsets, expandable up to six handsets.

Sync Two Cell/Smartphones

Link up to two cell/smartphones via Bluetooth® to make and receive cellphone calls routed through Link2Cell handsets anywhere in the house. And with the extended power and range of advanced Class 1 Bluetooth®, both smartphone lines can be used simultaneously.

Talking Caller ID in English
and Spanish

Hear who's calling from across the room without having to get up with text-to-speech notification in English and Spanish from the base unit and cordless handsets in the home/home office.

Easy Call Block

With dedicated Call Block
buttons
on both base unit
and handsets, it's quick and
simple to block telemarketers,
robocallers and other unwanted numbers. A single push of the button
instantly registers numbers into the
phone's 250-number call block database.

Voice Paging

Wake kids for school in the morning and let everyone know when dinner is ready in the evening with Panasonic Voice Paging. More than a traditional intercom, VP makes it easy to send clear, simultaneous announcements to every handset in the house, even when family members don't respond.

Large White Backlit Display

A large white-backlit LCD and comfortable, efficiently positioned backlit numeric dial keypads and buttons make home and home office calling quick and convenient in any light conditions.

Hear Calls from Noisy Places

Whether someone's calling from a busy street or inside a raucous room, Noise Reduction automatically suppresses background interference while also enhancing voice tones for clearer, more comfortable conversations.

Speakerphone Convenience

Connect and converse hands-free with crystal-clear 2-way, full duplex speakerphone convenience designed into the handsets.

Keep Tabs On the Baby

With the baby monitor feature, you'll always know your child is safe. When the child wakes up or starts crying, a monitoring handset in the baby's room sends an immediate alert to the system's base unit and any phone or cellphone number you store in the handset.

Find Keys Lost

Secure, Long-Range Signal

Designed with DECT 6.0 Plus, the system ensures clear sound and added reliability throughout the home. DECT 6.0 also provides signal security to deter eavesdropping and won't interfere or conflict with routers or other devices.

Efficiency and Comfort

KX-TGL463S is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good replacement for earlier model. The previous version would no longer connect to a "landline", which I recently added for the first time in years. It was about ten years old. It connected OK to two non "landline" phones. Finally I gave up and found many newer models on the Panasonic website, which is where you should look, not Amazon, etc. I wanted a cordless, which connected to a "landline" and also to mobile phones through Bluetooth. I used the browser find function to search for Bluetooth and compared features.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good phone system We've only been using this for a week as our business office phone system (linked to a cell phone, no land line), but so far we've been very satisfied with it. It was relatively easy to set it up and link it to the cell. Be prepared to have to use rechargeable triple A batteries in all the handsets (two per handset). And, although I would have ordered it regardless, I don't see that it has a speakerphone setting (I'll have to experiment to see if I can use the cell phone's speakerphone feature).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bluetooth Didn't Work/No Headset Jack We had to return the Panasonic KX-TGL463S cordless phone. We liked the phone except, surprisingly, we were not able to make outgoing calls with either of our Plantronics Bluetooths. I have the Explorer 505 (Best Buy's version of the Explorer 500) and my husband has the top-of-the-line Voyager 5220 (Best Buy's version of the Voyager 5200). We were able to pair both Bluetooths and receive incoming calls, but were unsuccessful at making outgoing calls with both of them. Calling both Panasonic's and Plantronics' technical support didn't help either; we were told it was a compatibility issue. You would think the latest and greatest Bluetooth from Plantronics should work with the latest and greatest cordless phone from Panasonic, but not so. This would not have been a huge issue for me because I have used a corded headset for years with my previous Panasonic cordless phones and I was willing to do the same again. However, this model phone didn't have a jack to plug my headset into, hence, the reason we had to return it and exchange it for a similar model that has a jack, the KX-TG684SK. Other than that, we liked the phone. The Link2Cell feature works great and I do like being able to receive cell phone calls and get text alerts on my home phone. But, since I use a headset almost daily, I couldn't give this phone a 5-star rating.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fake reviews Everyone here fails to point out that if you want to listen to a message from the handset you have to menu through click after click to get to messages. Also, when listening to message from handset you have to menu through click after click to get to delete. Had I known this I would have never purchased. The sound quality is good. The shoulder rest feature is a gimmick. The bluetooth and link to cell is good if you want that but I see it as overkill as we will never use that. That's what we have cell phones for. Now I can't return it - I have to sell on ebay or something - also there is no light indicator on the handset blinking when you have a message.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very pleased excellent phone system. Set up was a snap, synced both cell phones very easily. The handsets have a good feel to them and great sound quality. The only drawback was the lack of additional handsets. The Panasonic rep told me they were not available, which was a deal killer at first because we needed at least five handsets. Solution...we bought two units with three handsets each. It required deregistering the three handsets from one of the units and then registering them to the first base unit. Easy Peasy, less than a minute and we had all six working just fine

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I love this phone! It's perfect compact size yet very big visible numbers and viewing window. Love the many features it offers and can't beat it for the price! It should serve us for many many years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feature & Benefits This phone is an excellent choice for connecting various telecommunication devices into one handset. In addition, the battery replacement is something that can be easily obtained locally at a reasonable price, when compared to the competition. Panasonic has a very nice product offering in this category.
