    KX-TGL432R is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from best house phone Extremely satisfied with my phone purchase and Panasonic from the time I ordered it until I received it, which came earlier than expected delivery date. Great product - we have had a Panasonic house phone for the last nine years and needed to get a new one. Love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from VERY Convenient I've had this phone for at least a month now and couldn't be more satisfied. I love the fact that the volume control is on the side and you can adjust it while you're talking with someone if they are too loud or low without having to take the phone away from your ear to find the menu to do it. You use the same control for the ringer volume and it will ring with an example while you're adjusting it. I also love that it has a larger block base. My old one just had about 50 or 80 but this one has 200+. Very satisfied!

    • Why do I hear an echo on my handset?
This is normal. When you first use your phone, there may be a slight echo because the microphone is being calibrated. This will occur again if the base is disconnected from the power outlet, or after a power outage. If echo continues for several days try to reset the handset by removing the batteries from the unit for a few seconds.

If you have multiple handsets verify that you are getting echo, distortion or static on all handsets. Try to change the telephone cord that connects the base unit to the wall to resolve. Contact your Telephone Service Provider if all handsets are affected as the issue may with your telephone line.

If you have your telephone connected to your modem then you may experience static, echo or distortion. Contact your Telephone Service Provider for a DSL Filter. The DSL filter prevents interference between telephones and digital subscriber line (DSL) service connected to the same line.
