Link2Cell

Link2Cell is a cordless phone system that operates together with your cell phone. Simply charge your cell phone through the USB port on the Panasonic base unit and synch the two via Bluetooth. Now you’re ready to make and receive cell calls that are automatically routed through all your home phone handsets. Which means there’s no need to carry your cell phone around your home.

USB Charge

No convenient electrical outlet for charging your cell phone or smart phone? No problem. The base unit features a convenient USB charging port. And because it’s Link2Cell, you can answer your cell phone calls on your Panasonic home phone handsets without draining your cell phone battery.

Text Message (SMS) Alert

Never miss a text message again. The Text Message Alert feature notifies you of received text message on your cell phone through an alert on your cordless handset when your cell phone is synced to the base unit.

Enhanced Noise Reduction

Enhanced Noise Reduction (available on select 2013 models) not only suppresses background noise but also enhances your voice at the same time. Which means the next time your teenager calls you from a concert, you’ll actually be able to hear him.

DECT 6.0 Plus Technology

If you’re looking for superb sound quality and long range, look no further than the DECT 6.0 Plus technology in Panasonic cordless phones. Thanks to error correction up to 80x, you get clear transmission even with extended range. Engineered to work in 1.9GHz frequency, our DECT 6.0 Plus phones won't interfere with wireless devices such as routers, wireless keyboards and microwave ovens. Whether you use them in the basement or the backyard, our phones truly go the distance.

Answering Machine with Message Forwarding

Thanks to advanced answering machine functions (available on select 2013 models), you can get messages wherever, whenever. At home, the base unit will beep to alert you to a message. And on the road, the phone will send a message to your registered cell or work phone.

Talking Caller ID

Hear who’s calling from across the room. The Talking Caller ID feature uses text-to-speech technology, announcing the caller’s information in between rings.

Intelligent Eco Mode

With the Intelligent Eco Mode, when you use the handset closest to the base unit, you’ll automatically lower power consumption. This not only extends available talk time but also prolongs battery life. Which means less frequent charging and in the end, fewer batteries in landfills.

KX-TG7875S is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 66.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy that I purchased I have now had my phone for nearly one year. I have never regretted my purchase and if you follow the instructions in the book that came with the phone it is not too hard to setup. My only objection to this phone is I am cell only and one cell phone being used. If I take my cell phone with me and someone else is at my house while I am gone there is no phone connection if they need to use. This is not the fault of Panasonic but something I encountered. I like the fact that since I am cell only I don't have to carry my cell phone around while in my home as I have five receivers plus the cell phone that I can answer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Can not find the Mute button The manual says that the phone can be muted, but I can not find the mute button. Please help. Thanks

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but getting too compact I avoided Panasonic phones in the past as they were too slim and uncomfortable to hold. They fixed that problem with my last set but these newer ones are pushed a bit smaller again. I would really love to see nice round ear pieces but it seems style is more important than function with these. Overall, the Bluetooth seems to work well. I had an issue with quality over my VoIP with this new model but removing an old unused corded phone seemed to fix the issue. This system seems to need a bit more power than my last system. I would love to see them programmable via a computer like the Harmony remotes. There is just too much going on to be using the limitations of the hand set.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This won't keep time correctly This model sucks. I have to override the time every day. We are on Daylight savings time and every midnight it changes back one hour. I've done everything possible and it still resets. No live chat available from Panasonic and no live person to help fix this issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Life long Panasonic user - Never again These must be the worst phones I have ever used. I get static and constant drops or "Busy" on the screen when answering a phone call. It seems that the range is very poor. My 10 year old Panasonic phones I could almost go up the block.. Now in a few rooms over I cross my fingers hoping I dont have issues whenever I answer the phone now. If I still had the box it would have gone back. Stay away!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Instructions I work for 25 years in the military reading and following instructions. Yours is the most confusing I have ever read. I am still trying to set some of the features. Who wrote them, one of your engineers?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These phones are awesome!! We have had these phones for a while now and they work great. I was a little iffy after reading some other reviews but ordered them anyway. I didn't need the instructions for anything other than to figure out how to program the phones. I thought it would be all done by the base unit but you program each phone how you would like it to be. Each phone can have a different ring or same ring along with many other settings you can do independently. Haven't checked out the range yet but they come with papers showing a distance optimizer that you can purchase if you need more range. I have had no issues other than not to fond of the caller ID voice. It does not pronounce the words very well on who is calling. I can make it out but its a little hard to understand it at times. Not a big deal as I don't get many calls every day. I suggest buying this if your thinking about it. I'm very satisfied with this product. Also should add its nice to be able to hook up two cell Phones to the base unit with blue tooth. Very easy to set them up, Just turn on your phones blue tooth and press 1 or 2 on the base. It a will show device found on your cell phone and press connect. After that as long as you have your blue tooth turned on in range of the base unit your calls will come in through the base unit to all five phones. Awesome feature right there.
